 We collaborate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants during the design phase to ensure constructability, cost alignment, and schedule feasibility. Early involvement allows us to review drawings, identify potential conflicts, and provide practical construction insight before documents are finalized.

Our goal during design and development is to reduce risk, eliminate unnecessary cost exposure, and establish a clear roadmap for construction.

 Accurate budgeting begins early and evolves as the design progresses. We prepare conceptual and detailed estimates based on current drawings and scope, refining costs at each stage to maintain alignment with project goals. 

 During construction, Paasch Commercial Construction manages all field operations, subcontractor coordination, inspections, and quality control. We maintain direct oversight to ensure work is performed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and safety standards.  We focus on maintaining organized jobsites, efficient sequencing, and consistent execution from start to finish. 

 A detailed and realistic construction schedule is developed prior to mobilization and monitored throughout the project lifecycle. Critical path milestones, long-lead materials, inspection requirements, and phased construction needs are identified early to prevent delays.  We understand that in commercial construction, time directly impacts operations and revenue. Schedule control is a priority on every project. 

 Paasch Commercial Construction coordinates procurement of long-lead materials, specialty items, and owner-furnished equipment to maintain schedule continuity. Early identification and tracking of critical materials reduces the risk of supply chain delays.

We also assist with the coordination and installation of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), ensuring proper delivery sequencing, protection, and final placement in alignment with operational readiness. Our procurement process supports seamless turnover and a fully functional space at project completion.
