As the founder of Paasch Construction & Consulting (PCC), I lead a full-service commercial general contracting and project management firm serving national and regional brands across the Southeast and Midwest. We’ve completed 30+ hotel renovation projects and partner with some of the biggest names in hospitality, restaurant, retail, and wellness construction.

What sets us apart is that we treat every project like our reputation depends on it, because it does. From pre-construction planning through final punch list, my team and I stay embedded in the process so owners never have to wonder what is happening on their job site.

Before launching PCC, I managed large-scale hospitality projects at HEI Hotels & Resorts, Atrium Hospitality, and Ritchey Enterprises, where I served as VP of Construction. I’ve been a project engineer, a senior PM, and a division leader. That range of experience means I understand every seat at the table, from the owner’s vision to the subcontractor’s daily challenges.
